Blending the influence of traditional folkloric dance rhythms of Colombia and the trippy guitar & organ driven sounds of Peruvian Chicha with modern electronic elements, Los Güiros brings listeners of all backgrounds on a musical journey that honors the past while pushing into the future.

Original members from Red Stick Ramblers, the Revelers, this band is born out of the band who started Blackpot Festival. World-renowned Pine Leaf Boys have made a name for presenting their own inimitable brand of Louisiana music with youthful exuberance, blending the sounds of Cajun, Zydeco, Swamp-Pop, Country and Soul. Founded in 2005 in Lafayette, Louisiana, Pine Leaf Boys have garnered one Grammy® award (2012 Best Regional Roots) and four Grammy® Nominations.

Preston is one of the last of the older Creole style of accordion players. He makes real Creole music from the small rural community of Soileau, Louisiana and is an important force in preserving traditional Creole French music. He is the father of Keith Frank, one of the most popular young Zydeco artist of today in Louisiana.

Ed Poullard is a native of Eunice, on the broad southwestern Louisiana plains where native Creoles and emigrant Cajuns met, mingled and molded the sounds of zydeco, one of the nation's few indigenous musics. He learned his craft at his father's and grandfather's knees, absorbing the sounds made by working men and women in their spare time at the dances, parties and celebrations that speckled the calendar.

Allumé is a collaborative project between Nashville’s Miss Tess, Thomas Bryan Eaton (Miss Tess, Bertha), and Lafayette, Louisiana-based K.C. Jones (Feufollet, The Daiquiri Queens), and Trey Broudreaux (The Revelers). All four of them are accomplished multi-instrumentalists, accompanying each other on guitars, pedal steel, fiddle, harmony vocals, bass, and stripped down drums, to make one big cajun-country-cozy supergroup.

Katie Martucci is a Brooklyn based indie folk/pop songwriter whose presence and warmth leaves audiences spell-bound and renewed. Her latest release ‘Note to Self’ is a collection of songs about the “unspoken third thing in the room” — stories surrounding friendship, imposter syndrome, her own personal journey with epilepsy and more. Drawing inspiration from the writing and production of artists like Madison Cunningham and Emily King, Martucci's songs are lush and cinematic.

Kid Charleroi is the solo project of Lafayette, LA musician Amanda Sphar. Inspired by 70s soft rock, her songs explores themes of longing, nostalgia, relationships, and self.

Beth Chrisman returns to Blackpot fronting her honky-tonk outfit, Missy Beth & the Morning Afters. In addition to fiddling and singing with her duo Lost Patterns and roots music faves like James Hand, Creekbed Carter, Willi Carlisle, and Brennen Leigh, Beth has been fronting this honkytonk dance band in Austin, TX for over a decade. The Morning Afters' setlist draws from deep country cuts, bluegrass chestnuts, and songs by the acclaimed artists Beth has shared the stage with.

With a combined 10 Grammy nominations between members Drew Simon, Megan Constantin, and Kelli Jones, T’Monde brings influences ranging from early Country music to ancient French and Creole ballads to present day Cajun music. Coming together in 2011, T’Monde has traveled all over the United States and the world showing that this small band can produce a big sound. This is made very clear in their latest album, “Lights in the Harbor”.

Dwight James, lead vocalist and guitarist of Dwight James & the Royals, channels the spirit of classic soul, blues, and R&B with a sound that is as timeless as it is fresh.

Hubby Jenkins is a talented multi-instrumentalist who endeavors to share his love and knowledge of old-time American music. Born and raised in Brooklyn he delved into his Southern roots, following the thread of African American history that wove itself through country blues, ragtime, fiddle and banjo, and traditional jazz.

The Bad Penny’s research and repertoire is focused on popular music from this region from the 1900’s through the 30’s, including Hawaiian, Novelty, Ragtime, Early Jazz, Acoustic Blues and Country Blues-combining these sounds and keeping the music fresh and alive vs preserved.

Originally from the Appalachian mountains of West Virginia, Paul continues to work on his craft while touring around the United States based out of Knoxville, Tennessee and Western Montana. His style is somewhat of a throwback to traveling musicians and songwriting of long ago, but the language stays relevant and rooted in the modern world that surrounds us all.

Northside Eric & The Southside Playboys (NESP) are a "rock & roll" band from Lafayette La. Eric Schexnayder is the songwriter (Northside Eric) and the Southside Playboys are Daniel Coolik, Glenn Fields, Cal Stevenson, Jonny Campos and Christian Mader. The whole concept of the band is for Eric to write the songs and music and in the spirit of collaboration, the Playboys help bring the songs to life. The music has been compared to bands and artist such as Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe and the Pixies.
